About the event

Learning Prep Speaker Series!

Anxiety in children and adolescents is at an all-time high. It's no surprise - in addition to living through a pandemic, students still face the attentional demands of 24/7 digital connectivity and the stressors of growing up. In this Speaker Series event, Meredith Sullivan, LICSW, and Katrina Keenan, M.Ed., cover the common symptoms of anxiety and how to recognize them in children and adolescents. They also discuss helpful strategies for coping with symptoms and review how to start looking for effective professional support when strategies at home and school are not enough.
