Presenter: Paul Easton | Supervisory General Attorney | Program Manager
Paul Easton is the Program Manager for the New England region (Region 1) of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR). He previously served as both a Civil Rights Attorney and Compliance Team Leader in the same office. Before joining OCR, Paul was a staff attorney at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts, where he represented children of low-income families in a variety of legal matters concerning their access to education, and served as a law clerk for a federal district court judge in New Hampshire. Before becoming a lawyer, Paul was a special educator teaching middle school students in Philadelphia.
